    Other good tiling tips:

    - Vinegar is good for getting off stubborn haze from grouting.
    - When siliconing I use a popsicle stick to smooth the corners, it has the perfect shape.
    - Heavy Steel Straight Edge for Screeding is easier than the Aluminium ones.
    - GTL3 Tile Set Out Laser comes in handy quite a lot.
    - Blue Masking Tape (High Quality Rolls) can be used to mark for cuts.
    - When doing L shapes, score first with Tile Cutter, then the diamond blade doesn't chip surface as much.

When im cutting L shapes Tim, I scribe with the tile cutter as well and then cut to the inside of the corner on a 45 with the grinder and then back to the tile cutter to snap off both cuts. Gives a nice cut line, especially if it is around a waste. Give it a try i'd be interested to see what you think

i like your thinking there Stag, haven't heard that one before... I'll give it a go.

2nd the paddle pop stick for siliconing, along with a bit of detergent in a spray bottle.

My tip....stay in school, work hard & don't be a tiler!
But if you must...... stretch before starting the days work... and when you finish.

I use grout additive, and sealer. But yeah I have heard a lot about Epoxy grout being a pain.
Yeah Tim it's actually 3 parts. Resin, hardener and powder. You'd only use epoxy in commercial kitchens etc. Unfortunetly that's all I've been doing last 2 months..restaurants and takeaways. Anyway grouting epoxy is like grouting chewing gum..it's water washable - warm water. It is a very tedious and slow process.

This might sound dumb, but it kinda sounds like Bog, like bog you used to make for boating and automotive was resin, methyl ketone peroxide (Catalyst) , and Talcum Powder. I take it its probably the powder that is the difference here.

Not dumb at all Tim, automotive bog is also an epoxy based product.

If I have to epoxy, I use Mapei Kerapoxy or Kerapoxy Design. Both are cold water washable and easy to use. The trick is lots and lots of water and use a white scouring pad for the first wash. To final clean it, use a wet towel and drag it across the floor 45 deg to the joints and keep washing out the towel.

Does anyone here, use the Cutting Wheel on the cutter as a fulcrum in cutting angles through tiles? By holding it at the lesser distance (Top of Tile) and shifting bottom out to the stop for the wider side?

I am sure you all do, but if you don't know what I am talking about I am happy to explain it better. Just the way I was taught and find it really fast way to do edges.
