Re: Worst Customers Sounds like she was scarred by the previous Tiler... Sometimes u get a gut feeling bout customers when quoting. Ive knocked back jobs if I come across someone who seems shady..ie cowboy builders..because I know my hardwork will go unrewarded.

Re: Worst Customers I've got another one now whom has not paid the final, instalment of $900 . She is refusing to acknowledge any of the letters that have been sent . Last week i sent her a letter of demand via registered mail . She did not respond to the terms of that either and that was payment must be finalised within seven days of receipt.
I guess we are off to the local court house now. Sad really. I have done work for this lady and family members in the past and never a problem. Job was supplied and laid and was done quickly and expediently to minimise any hassle to the clients. I left the job and there was smiles all around. Sometimes you just can't tell when your gonna get shafted.
