    I used to squat a lot, especially when screeding. When your squatting all day you finish up sore as a bastard. With the pads I can now kneel when screeding as well & feel all the better for it at the end of the day. I don't know how you're supposed to squat when going for the big reach while notching or laying large format tiles & stone!

    got long arms though Iv'e been tempted to stick some golf spikes on my boots and walk out there
