Re: Saving Your Back Little things like carrying mud in smaller buckets ie 15L or even 10L ... A wheelbarrow is best if its practical to use. I used to carry 20L buckets ...it's faster sure but ...will kill ya later on at night. On big floors I use a trolley to move the tiles and glue around. Try to work at a comfortable pace ..not just flat-out all day...I tend to work quicker after lunch when my bodies all warmed up..At lunch sit on something comfortable like one of those camping chairs with stubbie holder haha minus the beer...one of my labourers brings a banana lounge and has a 30 min power nap at lunch.

Re: Saving Your Back I agree with ttek in that using a trolley is a very good idea especially for carting boxs of tiles around the jobsite, will save your back big time and a trolley is cheap and easier than lugging it all around..
