20 yrs tiling. best part is being own boss.

1st laid my hand on tiles back in 1996, what i like abot my job is the satisfaction of seeing a job well done.

I agree with the bieng your own boss bit...and also like to see a customers face when they see a completed job....makes it all worth it..

I've been tiling for almost 3 years.. And I love the job satisfaction

Hey Jay, sorry for taking so long to reply..there's absolutely bugger all work up here, I was talking to my boss about it the other day, and from what he was saying, I wouldn't recommend Cairns as a place to move to.. Apparently when the economies bad, Cairns is the worst to suffer from it, and the climate is very hard to deal with.. and to top that off there are an extremely big amount of tilers in Cairns. Lol so.. as a whole, I couldn't say I'd recommend it, I'm actually thinking of moving a bit further down south.
