The Bosch PLL 360 is great and inexpensive at around $160.00 With the 360 degree laser line around the entire room, vertical line and self leveling it saves heaps of time

Agree with oldtiler. The PLS is one of the best lasers I have ever used.Small, compact, comes with a magnet which is good if you find a paint tin around the site and use it to adjust the height.Should of got one earlier its a time saver.I think they are about $300 or so now.

Keep away from the Made in China stuff. some of the ones that you get in the big harware stores are a bit sketchey as well. I have heard good things about the PLS lasers.
