hi m8!! iam in the process of emmigrating to oz and from uk!! iam going through the emmigration group . iam 34 and been a tiler for 6 years now got my nvq2 , but have to take a trade test to get in to oz (aqf 3) you will not get in with out one so ive heard! you also have to have at least 4 years documented history in tiling ie apprentership or letters from past employers etc. its a faf on but iam sure it will be worth it in the end! the whole process takes about 12mths and involves police checks medicals and a lot of paper work. iam interested in going to sidney area (nsw) or queensland. we are in a good trade ! apparently there crying out for tilers!
