Hello i am new to the forum and quite new to Australia.Originally from England i moved here with my australian wife and our son about a year and a half ago.I worked as a tiling subcontracror in the uk mostly doing large housing developements .This site is great as tiling can be a solitary pursuit and it is always good to get advice and opinions of other professionals.I have to say so far i am extremely immpressed with the level of knowledge and skills here,i did a recognition of prior learning exam when i came here at tafe.It gave me the cert 3 in wall and floor tiling and i would reccomend anyone arriving here to do the same, also training and registration in water proofing is a good idea
